Quick fix:
• Make sure you’re using the email address you used during signup
• Try logging in directly from the member login page
• If you’re unsure which email you used, check your payment confirmation email

• Final: Email us with your fullname.

• Click Forgot password on the login page
• Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the reset email
• Follow the link to create a new password

• Log out and log back in
• Make sure you’re logged into the correct account email
• Check that your membership plan is active under your account settings

• Contact support with your correct email address
• Include your name and approximate signup date
• We’ll update your account for you

• Refresh the page
• Try a different browser (Chrome or Safari recommended)
• Check your internet connection
• If using mobile, try switching between Wi-Fi and data

• Click the CC / Subtitles icon on the video player
• Select your preferred language
• Refresh the page if the option doesn’t appear immediately

• Check your email for a confirmation message
• Log in using the email linked to your payment
• If access doesn’t appear within a few minutes, contact support

• Log in to your account
• Go to Account Settings or Billing
• Update your plan or payment details from there

• Go to Billing
• Follow the cancellation or pause instructions
• Your access will remain active until the end of your billing period

Note: If you joined during a sale or special offer, that discounted price is only available while your membership stays active. If you cancel and later re subscribe, your plan will renew at the current price, not the previous sale price.
