Terms and Conditions

By enrolling in the Ekat’s Club membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Course Content

The membership content is a collection of educational materials created by Ekat’s Club for your personal learning and development. You agree not to copy, reproduce, redistribute, share, resell, or otherwise make the content available to others, in whole or in part, without our express written consent.

Account Use and Login Sharing

Your membership is for individual use only. Membership access is for one person only and sharing logins is not permitted. 

Membership Enrollment and Payment

To join the membership, you must complete the registration process and pay the applicable subscription fee shown on the checkout page.

Payments may be processed in USD, AUD, or EUR. We accept major credit and debit cards. Additional payment options may be available at checkout.

Membership Pricing and Currency

The membership prices shown in USD, AUD, and EUR are fixed amounts set by Ekat’s Club. These prices are not based on daily exchange rates and are not calculated using real-time currency conversion.

Your card provider or bank may apply its own exchange rate, foreign transaction fee, or processing fee depending on your location and the currency you select. Any such fees are charged by your provider, not by Ekat’s Club.

Subscription Billing and Renewal

Ekat’s Club is a recurring subscription. You will be billed monthly or yearly based on the plan you choose.

You’ll be charged immediately at checkout. After that, you’ll be billed on the same date each month or year, depending on your plan.

Cancellation, Pausing, and Access

There is no long-term contract. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Pausing is not available at this time. You may cancel at any time and rejoin later at the then-current price.

Access typically remains active until the end of your current billing period. After that, access ends unless you renew.

Introductory/Special Pricing

If you join during an introductory or special pricing period, the price is maintained only while your membership remains active.

If you cancel or unsubscribe, the introductory or special price no longer applies. If you rejoin in the future, you will be charged at the then-current regular price.

Introductory or special pricing cannot be reinstated after cancellation.

Failed Payments and Access

If a payment attempt fails, Ekat’s Club may automatically retry the charge using the same payment method.

If payment remains unsuccessful, your membership may be suspended and access to the membership content may be restricted until payment is successfully processed.

If the payment is not successfully completed within a reasonable period, your subscription may be automatically cancelled and your membership access will end. You are responsible for keeping your payment details up to date to avoid interruption to access.

Plan Changes

You may switch your plan from your account settings, subject to availability of plans at the time of change.

Refund Policy

All membership payments are non-refundable. Instant access to digital content is provided upon purchase, therefore refunds are not offered for any subscription payments, including partial periods. No refunds are provided for change of mind or mistakenly purchased subscriptions.

Yearly memberships renew automatically each year unless cancelled before the renewal date. If you are charged for an annual renewal because you missed cancelling before the renewal date, you may request a refund of the renewed amount only if you cancel your membership within one (1) day of the renewal charge. Any approved refund will be reduced by the processing fees or charges incurred by Ekat’s Club in connection with that renewal payment.

Content Availability and Changes

Ekat’s Club is a subscription membership and does not include lifetime access. Ekat’s Club may update, replace, modify, or remove content within the membership, and may change the organisation of lessons or features available from time to time. Where practical, significant updates will be communicated to members.

Limitation of Liability

At Ekat's Club, we are deeply committed to your growth and development. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Ekat’s Club will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the membership, access to content, or reliance on any information provided.

We value your satisfaction, and if you encounter any issues or have concerns, please reach out via email at club@ekats.com.au . We will be more than happy to assist you and address any concerns on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is to ensure that you have a positive experience and receive the necessary support to make the most of our courses.

Modifications to Terms

Ekat’s Club reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of the membership after changes are posted signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
